Mosasaurus was an apex predator of the Late Cretaceous, its long sinewy body, massive skull, and powerful paddles allowed it to feed on all but the largest, or fleetest of fish and marine reptiles. This model is made from a new species of Mosasaurus from Kansas currently under study! At well over 20' long, and over 1,000 lbs, it made its closest living relative, the Komodo Dragon look tiny!Own a scientifically accurate model of this new species of Mosasaurus!Â
This 1:4 scale model was laser scanned and 3D printed from a nearly complete Mosasaurus skull.
