Shipping policy
At Fossil Crates our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders placed on Friday after Noon EST, on Saturday, and on Sunday are all processed the next business day (usually Monday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We only ship to the United States. All crates ship via USPS Flat Rate mail and take 2-3 days for deliveries in most conditions. Individual teeth and claws with accompanying artwork ship via USPS First Class package and take 2-5 days depending on what Zone it is shipping to (items are shipped from Colorado). Scaled Skulls typically are shipped via USPS Flat Rate but can be shipped via First Class packaging as well. Those shipping via Flat Rate arrive in 2-3 days, First class can take up to 5 business days
