Orders

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm an expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Can I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled as long as work has not begun. If work has started or been completed but not shipped a portion of payment will be kept.

Can I change my order?

If work has not been started most changes can be made. If work has begun, change-order fees may apply. 

To request changes to your order, please email Brian@FossilCrates.com to see if changes are possible and at what fee.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns that meet to the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used in any way
  • The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
  • Customer pays for return shipping

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the "as new" product at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

The freight price that appears when you place an order for life-size casts is merely a placeholder. Before placing an order email Brian@FossilCrates.com so the team can determine a shipping price.

How long does it take to ship my order?
